Grilled Cajun Country Style Boneless Pork Ribs
Time to fire up the grill again for this spice Cajun rubbed grilled pork. Simple and quick for a weeknight or party.
Make your own Cajan rub and grill carefully and you have a very nice lean meal for the family.

If you like Cajun, this is a 4 for you. I'm more of a KC BBQ guy.
Notes: You can buy a Cajun seasoning. I call that cheating if I'm posting. What kind of post is it if I say to go buy X Cajun seasoning and then grill the meat? Great recipe right? Well I see it a lot and won't post like that. I will eat like that some which means I do "cheat" occasionally when not posting but you are here looking for a recipe
Preheat grill on high. Clean and oil. Mix rub in small bowl.
Trim ribs of any fat cap. Cut the preexisting cross cuts about 3/4 of the way through.
Rub both sides and groves with rub.
Decrease temp to medium and grill for until internal temp of 155. Flipping about every 5-6 minutes. Total cooking time 25 minutes for me.

What cut of pork is that? The country style pork chops I am used to come from the collar of the butt.
I bet it felt good to fire up the grill!
Around here it is called country style boneless pork ribs and I believe comes for part of the loin.
And yes if felt great to grill again. I have chicken almost ready for lunch... maybe a post of it works out.
