Grilled Potato Kabobs

Notes: the cooking time on the grill will vary some depending on the heat and location on your grill.
Quarter three scrubbed Yukon Gold potatoes. Threaded onto two wooden skewers leaving some space between.
About 20 minutes before you need them, place in microwave on high for 6 minutes. Then spray with PAM and salt and pepper to taste.
Place on grill. Rotate about every 4-5 minutes. If over high heat then about 8-10 minutes total. If over medium heat then 12-15 minutes.
Grilled Potato Kabobs
An easy side for grilling season. You can fix this after your meat goes on the grill. About 20 minutes total time. The concept is easy. Cut the potatoes into quarters. Microwave enough to mostly cook the potatoes on wooded skewers. Oil with spray, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then finish cooking on the grill.

- 3 Medium Yukon Gold potatoes (other would do)
- 2 wooden skewers
- Pam
- Salt and pepper to taste

I've done a version of this and loved it. Like you say, quick and easy.
I need to start a "series"of sides for my grilling...
I love potatoes but have never done them this way on the grill! I will definitely be doing these asap!! Did I say I love potatoes?
