30 Minute Grilled Pork Tenderloin

30 Minute Grilled Pork Tenderloin from 101 Cooking For Two
Excellent and faster than a speeding pizza dude. And a heck of a lot tastier and healthier. This is a simplified recipe that really deliveries.

Trim it. Season it. Grill it. All in about 30 minutes. Sorry but that's all I have today. Extremely simple... Extremely good.

Thank you FDA for finally lowering the required internal temp of pork roasts!

Do you have any tricks for keeping the tenderloin upright on the skinny sides? If I'm cooking two, I just lean them against each other. But for one, most times it falls over during the cook.

It depends on the particular chunk of pig. If it is more triangular then I treat it like it's three sided. Then I would do 5 minutes times 3 and then a couple of minutes on each side again. I try not to go over 5 minutes at a time for a tenderloin on high or it get tough.
